The Wisdom in Action organization honored Dr. Paula Dhanda for her outstanding work with her non-profit organization, Worldwide Healing Hands. The Unsung Hero Award was presented to her by his Holiness the Dalai Lama at the 2014 Unsung Heroes of Compassion luncheon in San Francisco. You can watch a recording of the event here.
